What was the most unusual or experimental coffee you tasted?

I once had a coffee that tasted so fruity (like blueberry syrup), I swore it was flavored until I brewed a cup for myself.

From your experience, what is the most important factor when it comes to making good coffee?

There are so many, but if I was to pick the top factor, it would be that its well-roasted by a quality roaster (the other factors will take care of themselves if this one is met).

If you truly love coffee, seek out great coffee. Life is far too short to waste your money on swill.
