How do you take your coffee?

I like black coffee in V60 or a good espresso.

How many coffee cups do you drink on an average day?

I am a barista competitor, so I usually drink too much coffee when I compete, so I just drink like 2 cups on a day.

Do you enjoy having your coffee with pastry alongside, and if so, what is it?

Yes! I always look for something little alongside my coffee. like a sweet/salt croissant.

Do you have a favorite Single-origin coffee?

Costa Rica and Ethiopian Coffees.

What was the most unusual or experimental coffee you tasted?

The one I used in the World Barista Championship at Seattle last year, an Anaerobic Fermentation Process. like a cinnamon flavors.

What is your favorite coffee shop and what makes it enjoyable?

I don’t have a favorite one, I used to visit different ones to reach different experiences.

From your experience, what is the most important factor when it comes to making good coffee?

The most important thing is flavor, to have it. We need a good coffee, a good water in the right temperature and a good extraction based on knowledge.
