How do you take your coffee?

Using the full automatic coffee machine.

How many coffee cups do you drink on an average day?

2-3 cups.

Do you own an Espresso Machine?

Yes, i have the Solis Palazzo, which I’ve been using for more than 15 years. She has two boilers, one for the coffee ans one for foaming the milk.   Solis is a Swiss company and all the components of the machine are manufactured in Europe, you can’t beat Swiss quality. I’m not sure it’s still manufactured.

Do you enjoy having your coffee with pastry alongside, and if so, what is it?

Sometimes with chocolate instead of sugar, with ice cream

Do you have a favorite Single-origin coffee?

No.

What was the most unusual or experimental coffee you tasted?

With lemon.

What is your favorite coffee shop and what makes it enjoyable?

If I can not mention Kaffitár, my own, then I have to say Cafe Europa in Copenhagen. The food and coffee is great and so is their location.

From your experience, what is the most important factor when it comes to making good coffee?

Beans flavor and roasting.
